Erratum Ground antenna types; the name STAREC D is abandoned.
Following new measurements in the anechoic chambers it appeared that the antennas that were named STAREC D have exactly the same characteristics as the antennas named STAREC C.
As a consequence, the antex starec D phase law file doris_phase_law_antex_starecD.txt is removed and the related documents are corrected.
