Abstract

In the context of the realization of the IDS contribution to the 2025 update of the ITRF2020 (i.e. ITRF2020-u2025), the IDS Combination Center (IDS CC) delivered its first combined solution (IDS 27 series) including LOD (Lenght Of Day) estimates. These daily LOD values are obtained as the combination of the ESA and GOP contributions. Then, the IDS CC implemented different strategies to reduce the differences of the IDS Earth Rotation Parameters (ERPs) with respect to the IERS C04 series.
This study presents the different strategies implemented by the IDS CC and their impact on the quality of the IDS combined ERPs (X and Y pole coordinates and LOD) .
