These SP1 files give orbit ephemeris every 3 hours from 
the start of the missions until the end of April 2008.
Cartesian coordinates of satellite position and 
velocity are expressed in the terrestrial reference frame.

The ephemeris may be used by IDS ACs as initial conditions for orbit determination.
They are derived from past and current orbit processings performed by LEGOS/CLS Analysis Center.
