Subject: [ids.analysis.forum] RINEX/DORIS Jason2: correcting bias to the
 receiver clock  offset

Dear colleagues,

We inform you that a correcting bias of -51.83 micro-seconds
must be added to the receiver clock offset given in the RINEX/DORIS
data files at each measurement epoch.

It corresponds to the propagation delay between the 2Ghz signal
reception at the phase center of the antenna and the Top TDI
inside Doris that provide the 10s OUS synchronism.

The problem is going to be fixed. We will keep you informed when
the RINEX files delivered to IDS include this correction.
