A part of this information is already in the file
http://lareg.ensg.ign.fr/IDS/doc/station_events.txt that I update whenever
necessary. I am currently collecting and compiling such lists provided
by the various analysts and I will propose a final list for adoption.
The above file will reflect the conclusions of this discussion. This
is a part of the preparation of the IDS contribution to ITRF2004, which
includes other actions, such as the adoption of a core network to define
the TRF datum.
