Subject: Update to gscwd35 SINEX series.


Dear Colleagues:

We have submitted an update to the gscwd35 SINEX series.  The
update includes (1) a correction to the Jason-3 processing to make
sure we are using the RINEX DORIS Jason-3 ionosphere-free
of ( 2.4128 m,  -0.13250 m,   0.93050 m) (2)  an additional
correction was to make sure all the SAA stations for Jason-3
were adjusted locally on the Jason-3 matrix (not contributing
to the weekly EOP + station  solution).=20

A total of 202 SINEX files were  resubmitted to the IDS data centers=20
(the NASA CDDIS and the IGN) yesterday April 6, 2020.
The time span of the re-submitted files was 2016-0221 to 2019-1229.
