Chinn, Frank G. Lemoine This delivery consists of SINEX files in Normal equation (NEQ) format from the weeks of 2008-DOY006 to 2015-DOY361. This is just an extension of the wd29 series we delivered last week for 2016-DOY003 to 2017-DOY085. The wd29 series replicates the wd28 series in terms of data and satellite content but uses DPOD2014 instead of DPOD2008 for the apriori station coordinates. The average WRMS is as follows: Series Time Period WRMS (mm) Reference gscwd28 2008-2016.0 11.75 DPOD2008 gscwd29 2008-2016.0 7.39 DPOD2014 Regarding the scale we find that for gscwd28, the average scale is ~15 mm (w.r.t. DPOD2008/ITRF2008) whereas for gscwd29 the average scale is ~5 mm (2008-2011) and ~10 mm (2012-2016) (w.r.t. DPOD2014/ITRF2014) We have not altered the Dynamic edit-multiplier criterion (envisat, SPOT-4) whose present defaults are higher than the other satellites. This will be changed at a future time. The relationship to our previous series (ITRF2014, Lemoine et al., 2016) is as follows: gscwd26: ITRF2014 series (Lemoine et al., 2016, Adv. Space Res.) gscwd27: gscwd26 + SARAL gscwd28: gscwd27 + changes to solar-array orientation modeling described below. gscwd29: gscwd28 replacing DPOD2008_cls_1.15 with DPOD2014_v04. For wd29, we reconverged the orbits using the new a priori station set (DPOD2014_v04) instead of DPOD2008_cls_1.15. No other changes were made.
