Technical Description of gscwd16 solution: March 2013
-------------------------------------------------------------------

This series represents a test series to evaluate the
contribution of the HY2A satellite.

The initial delivery to the NASA CDDIS includes files from
November 2011 to October 2012.
The series includes SINEX from 2011-Doy317 to 2012-Doy274.

For the other satellites, the processing is identical
to the gscwd15 series.

There are no changes to the processing
for SPOT-4, SPOT-5, Jason-2, Cryosat-2 and Envisat.

For HY-2A, we apply a tuned macromodel, and use the
data-supplied DORIS offsets. The Cr that is applied
w.r.t to this macromodel is unity (Cr=1.00).

The HY-2A DORIS data are editted
with a 10 degrees elevation cutoff angle.

We apply the following macrmodel for HY-2A:
Note that it is somewhat different from the CNES-supplied model,
as we have tuned some of the parameters.
