The files from January - September 2010 supercede the previous submissions; The files from September to December 2010 are delivered now and were not delivered earlier to the IDS data centers. The updates for the SINEX files (gscwd10, gscwd11) series from January - September 2010 include more rigorous editing, some fixes to glitches in the modelling, and the update to a more recent GEODYN load module (1010). In addition we downweight by 10X the data from Arequipa and Santiago after the February 2010 Concepcion, Chile earthquake to assure they do not perturb the POD. The data from Arequipa seem particularly noisy and have high RMS of fit due to an unknown reason (probably unrelated to the earthquake due to the distance from the source). Also due to anomolous behaviour, we exclude Yellowknife from the solutions from January 1 to February 21, 2010. Finally, in this processing, we have consistently applied a Cr = 0.945 for the Jason-2 macromodel. We find this value represents more of a mean of the adjusted arc-by-arc Cr values when we do compute SLR/DORIS solutions with the current macromodel. N. Zelensky (SGT Inc & NASA GSFC) has verified that the application of the new Cr reduces the amplitude of the daily empirical OPR's compared to the previous solutions. 1.
