Dear Colleagues,

First, please accept my apologies for the disruption caused by Tuesday's CD=
DIS outage. While the root cause was outside CDDIS=92s direct control, we r=
ecognize the significant disruption it caused. All CDDIS services were full=
y restored and operating normally by 1600 EST on the 22nd.

To support our After-Action Report (AAR) and demonstrate the critical impor=
tance of the Geodesy community to NASA leadership, I would appreciate your =
feedback. If this outage affected your operations in any way, please reply =
with a brief summary by COB Tuesday, September 29, including:

Specific workflows, deliverables, or mission timelines delayed
Downstream users, stakeholders, or partner organizations impacted
