In particular, this includes d= iscrete models such as the coefficients of the Vienna Mapping Functions (VM= F). The new VMF webserver is accessible at http://vmf.geo.tuwien.ac.at/ . The current webserver to download the Vienna Mapping Functions 1 (VMF1), ht= tp://ggosatm.hg.tuwien.ac.at/DELAY/, will continue to run in parallel, but = will be turned off at the end of March 2019. Thus, we recommend switching t= o the new VMF webserver. Example: If you are currently using site-specific coefficients of the VMF1 = at http://ggosatm.hg.tuwien.ac.at/DELAY/SITE/DORIS/2018/, these are provide= d at http://vmf.geo.tuwien.ac.at/trop_products/DORIS/VMF1/VMF1_OP/epochwise= /2018/ with the new server. [Please mind: While the VMF1 coefficients have = been available in daily and yearly format on ggosatm, they will henceforth = be provided only in epoch-wise files, four times a day. Apart from that, th= eir calculation strategy was slightly changed, which, however, may affect t= he results only marginally.] With the change to the new VMF webserver, we would also like to encourage y= ou to test and use the new VMF3. VMF3 is, just like VMF1, determined from O= perational and Forecast Numerical Weather Models, but additionally also fro= m ERA-Interim Re-analysis NWM starting in 1980. The latter time series is n= ot affected by small jumps as is the case with VMF1 time series of zenith d= elays. We want to mention here that there is also a new gradient product (G= RAD) which is fully consistent with VMF3. In addition to the site-specific = coefficients, the products are also available on global grids in different = resolutions. For more information on all data and models on the VMF webserver, we refer = to the readme file at http://vmf.geo.tuwien.ac.at/readme.txt. Please do not= hesitate to ask Daniel Landskron (daniel.landskron@geo.tuwien.ac.at) if yo= u have any questions.
