****************************************************************************** dorismail 07-Nov-2018 09:11:24 Message No 1143 ****************************************************************************** Author: Ferrage Pascale Subject: Jason-2 DORIS DATA unavailability during last period (October Dear colleagues, Jason-2 Doris data was unavailable between 2018/10/18 12:47:26UTC and 2018/= 10/19 11:41:34UTC due to a mass memory handling unit anomaly. Jason-2 was then in Safe Hold Mode (SHM) between 2018/10/19 11:41:34UTC and= 2018/10/24 at 15:04:09UTC due to a gyro 2 disjunction. During the SHM, the impacts on the dissemination of DORIS data to the IDS D= ata Centers (IGN/CDDIS) are as follows: - The DORIS system was ON, but the DORIS1B data and the DORIS orbits are= not delivered. - The DORIS DATA (in RINEX format) were still disseminated to IDS as well= as the solar panel / attitude quaternions files. But note that their qual= ity was degraded because of the SHM and the non-nominal attitude law.
