Subject: Degraded IGN DC accessibility



Dear Colleagues,

As you have probably noticed, we are experiencing a poor network availabili=
ty quality since a few days of our IDS DC which is severely affecting post-=
processing data flows and creating frequent and very degraded accessibility=
 issues.

The defective communication device has been repaired (causing bandwidth lim=
itation) yesterday evening, so coming back to a nominal service shortly aft=
er.

Sorry for the inconvenience that this very poor quality of service delivere=
d to end users may have caused.
