Dear colleagues,

In order to allow some additional time for submission of abstracts to the IDS Workshop, we will extend the deadline for abstract submission by one week!  The new deadline is:

US. Pacific Daylight Time
11:59 pm, Monday, June 30

Paris Time
8:59 am, Tuesday, July 1

Please note that we will not be able to extend the deadline further, so please get those abstracts submitted as soon as possible!

To the members of the DORIS community:


A friend reminder to submit abstracts for the IDS workshop.

Abstracts are solicited for the following sessions:


    1. IDS processing for ITRF2013
    2. Precise orbit modeling and Precise Orbit Determination
    3. Network and constellation: status and evolution
    4. Use of DORIS in multi-technique solutions for the Terrestrial Reference Frame. 
       Applications in oceanography, atmospheric studies and geophysics
   5. New DORIS missions, applications and products

The process of submitting abstracts is described below. Remember that you need to first create an account on the meeting website, and then validate it.

Abstract submissions for the OSTST/IDS workshop/SARAL workshop can be initiated from the URL

To submit an abstract you will need to create an account on the abstract-service website, validate that account, and then proceed with creating the abstract.

For new accounts click on "subscribe" to initiate the registration process.

Select the session you wish to submit (see above) wheter the  presentation is oral or poster. Be sure the "validate" or "approve" the abstract for publication.


If you are also attending the OSTST, or SARAL workshop, the same interface, login-ID etc can be used to manage your submissions for those meetings as well.
