No DORIS data was delivered: from March 25, 2013 at 2:40 to March 26 2013 at 22:20 and from March 30, 2013 at 21:55 to April 2 2013 at 17:20 Today, all is nominal and Jason2 is fully operational Best regards, Pascale Ferrage ______________________________________________________________________________________ De : Guinle Thierry Envoyé : vendredi 5 avril 2013 19:01 À : ostst; L-SALP_astreinte Cc : Marechal Christophe; Audouy Claude; Shirtliffe, Glenn M (388B); Guinle Thierry; Marsal Olivier; Pelipenko Pierre; Perriot Denis Objet : Jason-2 status update -- Restart of core mission Dear OSTST Members, The Jason-2 satellite is again operational. Today at 14:14z, the POSEIDON3 altimeter has been switched on; 2 hours after, AMR radiometer and precise GPS were also enabled (around 16:26z and 16:30z respectivelly) allowing the mission to restart nominally . - NRT products (OGDR) should be distributed by EUMETSAT and NOAA in the coming hours. - Off line products (IGDRs) will be produced with some delays and the routine production should resume nominally next week. The Jason-2 mission was interrupted since cycle 174. Normal science operations will resume at beginning of cycle 175. Jason-2 passengers will be switched on next Monday (April 8th) I hope that our preferred satellite will let us now some quiet weeks.. ;-)) Many thanks to the CNES and NOAA Ops teams for this quick and efficient recovery. Today at 17:48z, the POSEIDON3 altimeter has been switched on; 2 hours after, AMR radiometer and precise GPS were also enabled (around 19:34z and 19:37z respectivelly) allowing the mission to restart nominally . OGDR products should be distributed by EUMETSAT and NOAA in the coming hours. Please use with caution the first NRT products because 2 hours of altimeter measurements will be delivered without radiometer tropospheric correction. Off line products (IGDRs) will be produced with some delays and the routine production should resume nominally by middle of next week. The Jason-2 mission was interrupted during Cycle 174. Cycle 174 will be impacted approximatively from passes 43 to 164. Normal science operations will resume prior to Cycle 175, which begins on 02 April at 09:03z. Jason-2 passengers will be switched on next week after a well deserved Easter break ;-)) I suppose that all of you will join my thanks to the CNES and NOAA OPS teams for this quick and successfull recovery.
