Fagard" Subject: Antenna raising at Crozet Dear Colleagues, The DORIS station at Crozet (TAAF = French Antarctic and Austral Territories), installed in December 2003, has undergone a minor upgrade. The Starec antenna, installed on a concrete pillar was raised by 15 cm using a special device, hence allowing the removal of the N-type bent adaptors located at the base of the antenna. Such a modification was successfully tested at Arequipa in August 2006 (see DORISMail #0458). The antenna moving took place on April 5, 2007, and transmissions resumed immediately after the change in height. The acronym for the new reference point is CRPB. The DOMES number for the new antenna reference point is 91301S002. The vector from CROB to CRPB is exactly dE = dN = 0; dh = 0.150 m. Hence the ITRF2000, 1997.0 coordinates for CRPB, derived from those published for CROB in the DORISMail #0299: X = 2719992.15 m Y = 3463401.95 m Z = -4598608.30 m (sigma: 3 cm) Since no ITRF2000 velocities are available for this site, here are the ITRF2005 ones: VX = -0.0059 m/y VY = 0.0029 m/y VZ = -0.0027 m/y SigVX = 0.0055 m/y SigVY = 0.0049 m/y SigVZ = 0.0041 m/y Best regards, Herve Fagard -- ====================================================================== Herve FAGARD e-mail : herve.fagard@ign.fr Institut Geographique National 94165 SAINT-MANDE CEDEX PHONE : + 33 1 43 98 81 48 FRANCE FAX : + 33 1 43 98 84 50 ====================================================================== Cliquez sur l'url suivante https://www.mailcontrol.com/sr/wUIpixnzo8oF2wnWtwY!azlS9+Gm7w5LCAbYD2IwyYmf97HzXE1ENJHB9isM7ZdJMW9zdCLwuE45gg8xOZpUjVdZW0nIeqo6YTLH1YrJLwIuk90NZVBib4a761+8NQIBONcga4CcCZWjC9Y0IvbF55ExjYoO6EsFfJVFzFU6mFBncAyO5V9oKz6ycKtLZxP+PiITPk3SS4tkdbrwqxYP3WGO9dgBDnej si ce message est indésirable (pourriel).
