Subject: CDDIS server outage

The CDDIS server was taken off-line at 12:00 EST for a
disk drive sway.  As is often the case, a simple procedure
becomes more complicated.  We will try to get the server
back on-line as soon as possible today.  We regret the
problems this outage is causing the user community.
