Subject: Scheduled downtime at CDDIS on May 23

The CDDIS server, cddis.gsfc.nasa.gov, will be unavailable on Tuesday
May 23 from 12:00-15:00 (16:00-19:00 UTC) for migration of data to
new RAID disks.  We will try to keep the downtime as short as possible.
