Dear colleagues,


Data from TOPEX 
in cycle #418 data are missing due to a TOPEX satellite incident on 28 january 2004, 6:48, 
so the cycle is not completed. 


Data from ENVISAT
in cycle #77 data are missing due to a ENVISAT satellite power cut off on 3 december 2003, 7:18:43 to 4 december 2003, 17:18:28.
