from 12/10/2001 23:54:20 TAI to 13/10/2001 23:30:00 TAI, due to a Satellite Control Center incident
from 20/10/2001 22:05:50 TAI to 23/10/2001 23:10:20 TAI, due to a DORIS sofware incident (SEU)
