Frank, This afternoon, with Sabine who works at SOD, we have looked at the ZOOM software. The figures for the vectors of the DORIS Ref. Point and of the 2GHz Center of phase versus the Plateform ref. point are identical in the programs and in the documentation. One point may be the evolution of the Center of mass to the Plateform ref. point vector since the initial estimation. It is of 42 mm in Z, as shown in the attached file. The automatic delivery of those center of mass files to the IDS ftp site, for all the DORIS missions, is under investigation. Concerning the quaternion data of the ENVISAT TM, unfortunately, the ESA description of those files is not complete and sufficient to take them into account. Sabine is very confident with Envisat attitude model (except around maneuvers but it is not surprising). You have mentioned "offsets in the scale wrt ITRF2000 of +35-40 mm". Do they correspond to station coordinates systematic bias to ITRF? Hope all this will help. Thank you to keep us informed if the questions remain.
